PRESS RELEASE SEPTEMBER 2005
In March 2005, The Grille Shop was launched with the publication of its first brochure. This outlined its initial product range, but more importantly gave customers a real alternative to other suppliers to the H&V industry.
This initial brochure, mailed to over 15000 members of our industry, across the UK, also outlined a service package, which deals with what the customer wants, when they want it.
This initial publication soon produced enquiries, and orders from the industry. The Grille Shop brochure is fast becoming commonplace in the trade, with many customers making contact with the Grille Shop as a result of a recommendation from another user.
In addition to the items it lists, which in the main are "off the shelf" solutions, The Grille Shop also has access to a made to measure service, for a wide range of Grilles, Louvres and Diffusers. In short, if you want something, tell us, and we will see what we can do. "This approach has led many customers our way, and once they have tried our service, they come back time and again," says Stephen Owen, Director of Operations at The Grille Shop.
In such a short period of time, The Grille Shop exhibits at this year at London Hevar 2005 as its first major exhibition. It does so with a range of products and services, which has grown quickly in a short period of time.
London Hevar 2005 sees The Grille Shop developing fast:-
- Initial launch March 2005 - 15000 brochures mailed to industry
- Wide "ex stock" product range
- UK manufacture with high quality experience, on a wide range of products
- Fast growing band of clients, big and small
- June 2005 Major range of Grille Shop Exclusive products launched) Exhibited for the first time @ London Hevar 2005
- August 2005 Additions to range, with Grille Box and Intumescent Vents introduced
- September 2005 - Peter Love appointed Grille Shop agent for London and the Home Counties, Developing the Grille Shop business in a key area
- October 2005 Launch of 2nd Grille Shop Brochure and London Hevar 2005
